We understand vet bills can be unexpected, so we have many ways to help you. We are pleased to offer ZipPay and VetPay payment options at myvet Strathfieldsaye.

Payment Options - VetPay

VetPay

VetPay has been specifically designed to help pay for veterinary expenses without the worry of high upfront costs. It allows pet owners to start pet’s treatment now and pay for it over time.

What do I need to apply for VetPay?

You can apply in person at myvet with 2 forms of identification, one being photo ID ie your Drivers License.

We also require a copy of your bank statement.

What are the fees and charges?

VetPay charges an annual fee of $49 and apply an interest rate (APR 18.4%) to the remaining amount after your deposit. These fees and charges are added to your account and included in the fortnightly repayment.

Are there any other charges?
There is also a payment processing fee of $2.50 with each repayment.

What do i need to apply for a payment plan?
VetPay performs a credit check on you. Any defaults on your credit file may affect your application. VetPay will look at your ability to meet the fortnightly repayments and may confirm your employment. VetPay may also ask for copies of payslips and bank statements.

Can I add further treatment costs to my account?
Once you have established an account with VetPay, additional treatment cost may be added to your account as long as your fortnightly payments have approved and you are within your credit limit.

VetPay may ask you questions on affordability and whether your financial position has changed in any way.

Can I pay my account out early?

To payout the remaining balance of your account at any time by contacting myaccount@vetpay.com.au or by phone on 1300 657 984.

Contact VetPay immediately to discuss an alternative payment arrangement either by email at myaccount@vetpay.com.au or by phone on 1300 657 984. VetPay will do whatever they can to assist you if you are experiencing any financial hardship.

Payment Options - Zip Pay

Zip Pay

We are excited to offer Zip Pay at myvet. Zip Pay offers a buy now and pay later service with no upfront payments and hidden fees. Once you are approved for Zip Pay you can receive up to $1000 credit in your digital wallet. Payments are interest-free, however, there is a fee if you miss your payment.

You may choose to make your payments weekly, fortnightly or monthly, whichever suits you best.

That’s why we offer Afterpay as a flexible payment option, allowing you to spread the cost of your pet’s treatment over four interest-free instalments across six weeks. It’s a simple, convenient way to manage expenses while ensuring your pet gets the care they need, when they need it.

How does Afterpay work?
When you use Afterpay, you pay for your items in 4 instalments over 6 weeks, without incurring any interest. You pay for the first instalment of 25% at the time of purchase, and the remaining three instalments will be automatically deducted from your nominated debit or credit card over the following six weeks.
